Kochi And Pune Gets New IPL Franchises

New Franchises for cash rich Indian Premier League(IPL) has been announced. The cities which got the new franchises are Kochi(Cochin) and Pune.
Sahara Adventure Sports Ltd was the highest bidder. Sahara placed a bif of $370 million(1700 crore Rupees) for Ahmedabad, Nagpur and Pune. Sahara chose Pune as their home city after winning the bid.
